really, really accurate you need a food scale and need to weigh every ingredient you use. I’m not about to do that.
So I google stuff as I make it. I use the info on the box of processed foods (pasta, yogurt, etc) and I use corporate food chain websites. There’s gonna be some degree of inaccuracy, but it’s gonna be pretty close. And so far it’s been working really well. (When I stick to it).
