Some dogs are fine. It's "dog people" that are the worst
Not even talking about every dog owner, but you know the type... Their dog is just as important as any human.
I don't want your dog at the restaurant or sniffing my crotch or pooping all over the place. Some dog owners are so stupid/rude.

It might be a stellar's jay, but it definitely is blue. I'll try to get a photo. It's around here all the time.
