With parity I specifically meant the top six, as Man City, Man U or Chelsea could all win the league any given year and Arsenal, Liverpool, and Tottenham can often challenge. Barca or Real Madrid finish 1-2 or 2-1 nearly every year and Atleti often finishes third. In the EPL there are six teams which could legitimately finish top two or three every year and three that can challenge for the first. 7-20 are fillers.
