Overall, if you combined England and Spain, easily the top three would be Real, Madrid, and—right now—Manchester City.
That 4th spot would be a toss-up year after year between Chelsea, ManU, Liverpool, Atletico, and Tottenham.
Arsenal, Sevilla, Valencia, Villarreal, and everyone else would have a real tough time competing for a top four spot.
