If HCs are making multimillion thete will be a point that the others will jump
Dramatically. Just like in the NBA, one superstar and a few good roll players doesn’t cut it, you must have 3+ superstars to even compete anymore....
That is the lay of the land why not be the first there or just give in? We’ll never get a huge name HC so let’s make up the difference by getting the very best lds coaches on our staff?
