He's got a great attitude and will be a leader in the locker room and one of the hardest workers on the team. He'll be a solid teammate to have.
He's also smart and will be able to learn the playbook and help with the play calling signals and picking up on things the defense is doing.
He's likely good enough that he'll be able to go in the and run the offense in the event that there's an injury or some other reason he has to play, but he's not good enough to demand he get paid high dollars or be a threat to leave to the team to go off and be a starter elsewhere.
