Here's a hint. Business owners are very rarely just given their business unless it was inherited. They build it from the ground up, their ideas, their sweat and blood, their sacrifices. If they fail the employee is it of a job, but they likely will take years to recover. Give me a break with this "there is plenty of money to go around" junk.
