It's impossible to have a reasonable discussion about healthcare. Everyone who
knows enough about it to have such a discussion has their hand in the till somewhere.
And in America we have the special blessing to 1) pay more than anyone in the world 2) fund most of the innovation 3) have poor coverage for the less fortunate and 4) be at a stalemate in both the market and politically.
There are no viable solutions.
