For speaker I have Vandersteens for everything but the subs. I have 2 Sunfire Grands for the subs.

For my pre/amp and amp: I have Sunfire/carver. There are also Butt Kickers under each seat.

For the screen: I went the DIY route and bought some screen material from SMX

For the projector: I currently have the Panasonic AE8000u. I'm currently looking to upgrade.
