The lobby area is 16'x'10'. The theater is 16'x30'. There are 3 levels. The bar hides the riser I built for the 3rd row of seating. We have 2 big monster love sacs for the front row, and then a set of theater recliners for the second row, then a reclining leather couch for the back row, then the seating in the bar area.

As far as speakers there are 9 total(3 front, 2 sides, 2 rear, 2 subs) The screen is a acoustically transparent screen with the center channel behind it.
