Nope--but BYU has often gotten the benefit of the doubt in rankings.
UCF and Hawaii each had 3 losses and were ranked in 2010.
Utah had 3 losses and was ranked in 2009.
BYU had 2 losses and was ranked #14 in 2009 (i.e., BYU often gets the benefit of the doubt).
USF had 3 losses was ranked in 2007.
BYU had 2 losses was ranked #17 in 2007 (i.e., BYU often gets the benefit of the doubt).
BYU had 2 losses was ranked #20 in 2006 (i.e., BYU often gets the benefit of the doubt).
Bowling green had 3 losses was ranked in 2003.

So, nope--no mid major has had four losses and been ranked (at least back to 2003), but as indicated above...BYU tends to get the benefit of the doubt. As such, if BYU wins out AND all the pieces fall into place, there's a Lloyd Christmas chance that it'll happen.
