The demands placed on a young man and the lack of opportunity to go on to the NFL are not found at Navy. They play with just about whoever they can fill the team with. Air Force at least lands Division 1 caliber kids, not the case at Navy. If anything, the wins mentioned in the OP are quite impressive when you consider how little talent they have each and every year.
