Here is my idea of a crazy college play that just might work
4th and long at or around midfield.
Offense lines up in wedge punt formation (Blocks defense from seeing punter)
Snap comes back to punter/backup QB with strong arm who throws a very high spiral in to the air simulating a punt to pin them back, but it goes in to endzone (kicker on sideline kicks punts ball in net at same time ball is thrown in air to simulate noise)
WR runs under the ball and catches it, Touchdown BYU wins.

Think of the other possibilities-
Pass interference/holding (guys getting blocked past the 5 yards or downfield)
Receiving guy fair catches interception only to get blasted by WR's and potential fumble (Can't fair catch an interception)
