I'm still mad at them for getting rid of the chocolate lasagne (also fresh from the freezer, as are all of their cheesecakes.)

It's not surprising, though. There is no way to maintain the rigid, uniform consistency in that many restaurants.

I still like it, especially their minestrone soup and chicken alfredo pizza. It's certainly not complicated or for foodies. But I'm easy.

You know what you get going in, so if people don't like chain restaurants, don't go there.
