you know you're going to get consistent food. It may not be the best Italian food or even the best national chain Italian food, but it's not terrible.

sure it's bad compared to others, but I'd kill to have one in my town b/c I live in a pretty small town with no place to get pasta besides Fazoli's- now there is a cesspool of a mockery of Italian food. Olive Garden looks pretty good in comparison.
