If the property is FSBO you can work with the seller. If the seller
has an agent you can work with the agent.

In either case you can get in to see the property.

You will want to arrange for an inspection. Lots of inspectors out there and if you’re working with a lender (mortgage) they will have their own inspector that they will want you to use.

There are a growing number of agents that will list a house on the MLS for a low fee.

The actual price may vary, based on your location. Here’s an example.



If you’re selling your house on your own you really need to get it listed on the MLS. And you need to offer a buyer side commission or no agent will bring a buyer to your home.
