I am glad to be at a company that has and is embracing WFH. We still have physical locations...

and there are many job types that do need to be in person. But the bulk of corporate positions are running well from homes. As legacy employees retire or leave (based near the HQ) the replacement search is nationwide if not global. I see our talent improving.
