WFH. It works for us because our compensation is above average. I think it would be hard at this point to attract top talent if you're not paying above average but demand in-office.
However, hours aren't mandated for us, just a badge-in. I actually think it is smart. Yeah, some badge and run, but most will stick around for a bit. I think office culture and productivity is higher when you have daily interactions with coworkers, but can get out at any time if there are no important in-face meetings to be had or if people are too chatty or distracting.
I end up hitting it hard in the mornings in-office, and then at home for afternoons. Full-time WFH for all is a bit of a joke if you ask me.
