to learn from his mistakes. It would be so simple to say "we probably shouldn't have done that" or "we took the wrong approach on that play". He's a great OC ... but even the best OC is doomed if unwilling to engage in quality improvement efforts.

I recognize that the QI efforts may all be behind the scenes. Perhaps they don't want to give a competitive advantage by revealing their plans, but it would go a long way to towards building trust in the fanbase that is the source of the revenue for their salaries.
