If you haven't, I am not going to. But it's more than 4 or 5. I have a text

group for games and we text every time a timeout is used on offense because of an issue getting play call and personnel in on time. It's more than 4 or 5.

Also, you carve out not liking a look or personnel--but those are related to the play call in on time. If you have it in earlier, you can change those two things without a timeout more often.
