#2. Rewatch the throw in slow motion to JoJo. The ball is thrown about as perfect as you can ask for had JoJo not slowed
down and had JoJo made a deliberate effort to get to the ball.
The job of the QB is not to place the ball in the chest of his receiver but rather to place the ball where the receiver could make a play on the ball. The ball was there but JoJo very clearly was not.
