wanted to got this game, for some reason. He doesn't typically want to go to stuff with family, he doesn't even really watch games with me at home (though he does follow the team, just doesn't like watching games).
I don't know what he will be doing when he (hopefully) graduates. So I put in every effort to take him.
We got pretty good tickets for a decent amount of money. He was talkative all night. All in on the game. Never lost hope.
I was really lamenting that this possible last game would be a loss. We got in a scuffle with the Ute fans after "the play" (didn't even know there was a holding until way after). Then everything else happened. Instant family lore was created. It was a real blessing to me.
