The type of money this requires doesn't come from the average tightwad fan

This comes from the types who are bankrolling the basketball NIL, and not just Ryan Smith, but guys like him who have said publicly, "Whatever BYU needs, they will get."

It will probably also come in the form of increased ticket prices, but right now the demand is there so they'd be stupid not to take advantage of that. It might price out some families, but that's where we are in today's world.
