Sure, it's not a lot given the population of both humans and wolves. Such attacks are rare, but they do occur. Again, I'm not a wolf hater - in fact I supported their reintroduction to the Yellowstone ecosystem, but they can still be dangerous animals and they do, from time to time, attack humans.
