I think so.

The power brokers of the SEC and "BIG" 10 are flexing their muscles and saying they want 4 auto-bids each to the college playoffs. They will maintain that BYU's schedule wasn't challenging enough, should they finish with one loss as the runner-up to the Big 12 champs. I have no faith in this system, BYU will be left out.
