I think most would be shocked with 3 Big 12 teams, because they don't trust any
of them to win 11-12 games. But having two 12-1 teams and an 11-1 team would certainly put those teams solidly in the top 15 and likely the top 12. It's also very unlikely the Big 12 ends up with 3 teams only having 1 loss.
