I agree with that policy, but I'm asking about biopsy of a clinically benign mole
i.e. the mole is NOT abnormal/atypical/dysplastic. There is literally zero indication according to current medical standards that the mole presents a significant health risk to the patient, and therefore zero indication that it should be removed for medical reasons.
