One more point for us fans here in Utah - The local media went all in on Utah
when they joined the Pac 12. You could turn on the local news and so much was being said about Utah with a little blurb here and there about BYU. Even KSL who used to be the flagship of everything BYU seemed to kind of drop BYU of their radar.
It has improved recently now that we are back in the same conference but with the Utah fans and the local media all onboard the Pac 12 train, it was easy to root against them and the old conference.
