Those days are also the days when we get way less done. I can’t get ahold of my guys on teams in CA near as easily because they’re playing foosball or something instead. And I get less done because some yahoo is always stopping by to chat about something, work related or not. I don’t get nearly as much done, but I talk to a lot more people. But I’m 99% sure I’m not paid just to talk with people.
I end up feeling like I have to catch up during WFH days after falling behind from the in office days.
