My mom worked from home for a while, I can say watched my kids more than she worked when WFH. She got the work done though so no harm no foul.

My brother is hybrid, last year when he was still full WFH he would take a long lunch and go golfing everyday. Now he goes into the office for more facetime with the boss to further his career now that he's a father.

I used to have a long commute, now I'm just 5-10 minutes so if I don't have much going on I leave and go home to be with the wife/kids and will head back if I need to.
