I saw a study measuring satisfaction with Healthcare across various countries with various systems. The major variables are quality, cost, and wait time. The study found that there was no statistical difference in satisfaction between different countries and systems.. the issues creating complaints was different but because of the tradeoffs, net satisfaction or frustration was the same for everyone. There didn't seem to be a panacea.
