Here is my very humble advice
- First, whatever grade you're cooking, go one step higher. If you're cooking selects, try a choice.

- Next, trim away just a little more than you think you should.

- Next, cook fat side up.

- Next, try cooking all the way through without wrapping.

- And finally, overcook it just a little. It's better to overcook it by a few degrees than to undercook it.

As a bonus, I would rest it for about 8 hours.
