Ill disagree with this. Somewhere out there, prominent people at BYU access CB
...and it is very much a likely data point on keeping in tune with where the fan base is at emotionally. Without a fan base a program is nothing... there is an obvious schism within the fanbase currently, and what to do... some fans are far too "long suffering" while others see clear flaws and want them fixed, knowing if they are, a decent season could be had...

I stated this before and will do it again, but being able to enjoy the win vs SMU but also wanting the team to improve and put forth is best possible product are not binary. You can (and should) want both.

I am stoked BYU pulled out a win, and while I wanted to punch my TV on a number of occasions, it was entertaining because we won. Had BYU lost, I think even the pro-Retzlaff crowd would have shrunk as they understood the reality of his poor play.

BYUs D won the game for them, in spite of the offenses awful play (mainly focused on Retzlaff and his continuation as being a turnover machine). BYU will not win many more games if QB play continues to resemble what it did on Friday.

Why would anyone not want to at least evaluate other options after such a terrible offensive performance by Jake?
