I have BPAP and I don't think I could do it without sleep aid. I don't know
that it would be worse to not get much sleep or being on Ambien. I've taken for about 20 years now. If 10 years from now I'm suffering consequences from the medication, we'll I'll be 76 and I won't have any problem going out to pasture. I will have slept well for 3 decades.

That sucks. I’ve been using a CPAP for almost a year now. While it has helped me, it has not helped nearly as much as
