hoped. I often hear others speak of having “life changing” experiences, that has not been the case for me at all.
I would say the CPAP generally gives me a roughly 20-30% improvement of my sleep as opposed to no CPAP.
I’m at a loss and don’t know what to do so I scheduled an appointment with a pulmonologist who apparently will analyze my CPAP data and do other testing to identify why I’m still struggling to get restful sleep.
