Yes I ageee, and Utah is an overpriced market. I own 2 3 bedroom 2 bath brick ranches 1960s in decent condition in quiet suburbs outside Dayton Ohio bought on auction for $65k in 2019 that would sell for $150k now.
You can live there and work from home.
