It’s my goto snack. And I make a big time protein shake after every lift day. And I Sous Vide tons of my own chicken breasts every week.
Still don’t come close as far as meeting that daily goal, for each day of the week. Somedays I get close. But I seeisouly don’t think I’ve ever done 225. (I know it sound unreal)
