Natural gas hookup for a grill. Plan electrical outlets with things like holiday decorations in mind. Skip extras like built in USB outlets and smart home systems. Having power to windows for motorized blinds might be nice but battery powered isn't that inconvenient. Even if you have zero plans of ever driving one, wire for the possibility of one or more electric car chargers.
