3 things I would have done that probably weren't that much more expensive
1) more electrical outlets in the garage
2) door on the side of the garage
3) basement access to outside (though that one I don't currently want but I know I will when my kids are older)

Upgrades: Interior doors, Cabinets (Kitchen), paint (3 tone).. maybe higher end LVP (vs carpet or cheap LVP)
