on the exterior if you have eave to wall connections
make sure they are flashed correctly. many houses have many eaves that meet up with the main wall. there is a proper way to flash that area (around the stud that sticks out for the eave ) to prevent leaking but i wouldn't know how to explain it. as i understand it, this is done by the framer. i believe they mentioned felt but i might be mistaken. this is my second experience with that same error. you end up getting water behind the stucco and eventually a leak that is $$ to fix.

also, make sure the metal roof flashing (that goes against the house) on those eaves (and everywhere else) gets overlapped correctly. on my current house they put the bottom piece (angled diverter) on last and it should have gone on first to get the correct overlap/shingling effect. yet another leak(s) where water got behind the stucco in several places.
