Excellent money and not back breaking work. Cannot be outsourced, recurring monthly revenue, make your own schedule, no employees if you don't want them, and you're mostly spraying water with a few drops of chemical added.
Might not work in other states as well due to weather, but here in CA I sold my pest control business to my lead technician and he usually grosses $1000 a day. His wife quit her office job and got a tech license and now she does $500 a day while their daughter is in school and is home whenever their daughter is. (funny how after he bought the business he became much more concerned with efficiencies and overhead)
I'm a fan of not trading hours for dollars.
