What would you say is the best job for someone that might not find success going

To college. My son works really hard in school, but struggles. There are a couple other issues in play, but not my place to elaborate. He has talked about not going directly to college.

I usually don't agree with not going to college, but I don't see there being a high level of success (at least right out the gate). He has a good work ethic and his current bosses really like him

I wonder what if any jobs are decent quality without a college degree.

I thought about places like UPS, Costco, USPS but wonder if anyone has any other ideas.

I want to support him, even though it feels odd.
