BYU saw exactly ZERO bump in recruiting by joining the BIG12. We all thought and hoped that we would have a line up around the building of kids that would sign today in a second to play at BYU and in the BIG12. Nope, it didn't happen. So clearly, BYU is the problem and will always be the problem. It doesn't matter what amount of success we have; it will still be the problem. We significantly underpay our coaches and ask them to do twice the amount of work.
