when we showed up and it was a mess. The cleaners hadn’t shown up. That was the first and last time we got a place that wasn’t run by a property manager. Some retired couple in SLC area thought they could manage it themselves from 5 hours away.

It didn’t turn out bad. I got my money back and we stayed in a hotel that trip. After that I started saving a few bucks by booking directly through property managers since so I haven’t used Airbnb in awhile
