He was one of those guys who thought he was hilarious and would try teasing everyone to make them feel awkward but it usually backfired on him. We were at a members house for dinner and they sat us across from each other at the end of the table. In Canada you take your shoes off before entering someone’s house (as it should be). He thought it would be funny to start quietly rubbing his foot up and down my leg during dinner. Problem was their 17 year old daughter was sitting next to me and he picked the wrong set of legs. She all of a sudden looks under the table with a shocked look on her face and asked if he was rubbing her leg. He turned bright red and tried to explain he thought it was my leg. Her parents told him that was actually worse which made him even more embarrassed. Luckily they were a cool family and had several teenage boys who would do similar things so instead of being mad they just teased him every time they saw us.
