Some of the departments in my company don’t allow WFH.

I still think if someone can work from home 100% their job is at risk and likely can be done more cheaply overseas. Not that I want to hassle with that. I am coasting down the other side of the hill at this point. Don’t want to learn new tricks.

Nothing will ever change my mind that WFH is more effective than working as a team together in the office. I am a big believer in team.

IMO it's way more productive. You can wash the dishes, fold laundry and babysit between meetings.
