Dead Horse Beating! There are a million reasons not to or it would have

happened long ago. I would certainly lose interest. We play some of those teams now and other than last season, they are usually candidates for least interesting team on the schedule.

Navy was fun last year because of their coach and because we whipped them good.

When teams like Memphis, UCF, USF, E Carolina, Houston, etc. - even Cinci - come up, I yawn.

I get that BYU fans in the Midwest, east, or south may find this appealing. I personally think regional rivalries make college football great.

Give me a steady diet of PAC - any of them - over any AAC. Give me Boise State, Utah State, SDSU, or Air Force over any of them.
