Anyway, BYU over the last 40years has averaged around 20 sacks per 13 game season in its double digit win years. Its on average a 1 sack in every 21 pass play attempts. Its the reason I selected a look at it by bumping total sacks to 18 from 12 for this past season, to account for the delta. That worked out to slightly more than 21 plays per sack. By the way, the AVERAGE NFL Sack rates are quite a bit higher than BYU's average sack rate in its double digit win years.
