First, the offense's production declining each year at Michigan is a concern.

Second, given the quality of recruits Michigan should pull every year. I would expect at a minimum a lineman would get drafted every year.

Third, which programs did he 'quickly turned things around'? He was only at many programs for a year which is another concern. If he's that outstanding why wasn't he retained?

I'm not saying he's a bad coach at all. Just pointing out some things are concerning. I hope he does a fantastic job. I'll be pulling for him.
