They wont have $30+ million to throw at someone. They only have that for Hayward

because they have Bird's rights to him (he's currently on the team). If Hayward left that leaves the Jazz only about $15M-$20M for an outside free agent. And even that is dependent on certain things such as what they do with George Hill and Joe Ingles.
